  • OPEN! You can decide between any licensed & insured vendor of your choosing! *We will give you a list of our favorites as well*

    PLUS OPEN BAR!- You provide the beverages you want served, we have the licensed & insured bartenders ready for you!

  • Yes, Absolutely! PLUS both our ceremony locations are separate from the reception area. Therefore you’ll never wait for a room to be flipped!

  • While we do not directly provide white linens, we have partnered with a company that will have them pressed and waiting on your table prior to your arrival!

    Just let Oehme Oasis know and they will do all the behind the scenes booking work for you!

  • 275 for comfortable seating during your ceremony and dinner!

    Have additional loved ones over 275 who may want to join later? That’s fine! Talk to us about inviting an additional 100 guests for the dance! OR additional outside/tent seating.

  • We kindly request tours by appointment only. You can request a tour HERE

  • Via past conversations with couples, the average has been approximately $8,000 - $15,000. The vast majority depends on who you chose for your other vendors, especially caterer, photographer, adding a videographer, live band, etc.

  • The only minimum required is that of the standard “Day-of Event Insurance” policy. That typically runs couples approximately $175. Otherwise, Oehme Oasis has no minimums & no hidden fees

  • Oehme is the owners, Austin & Ronelle’s last name. The best, or at least the easiest way to describe it is to rhyme it with homie. In fact, it’s been said like that so many times that “Oehme Homie” has accidentally become one of Austin’s nicknames.

  • Email us at OehmeOasis@gmail.com saying you are ready to book X date if it’s still available. (It’s never a bad idea to include a backup option as well if you have one) Prior to booking we hope you are able to come out & visit us in person.

  • With dedicated indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, both already separate from your reception area, we will have you covered, literally!

    PLUS our indoor ceremony space is created from beautifully crafted pews which are already in their set positions, all anyone would have to do is find a new seat.

  • Yes! We have an entire Pet Attendant Program *previous couples have LOVED it!— It’s like doggy daycare, but SO MUCH more!*

  • Of course! Walk around, find all the angles and hidden spots! *a Team Lead will also touch base with your photographer upon arrival for some hidden gem locations they otherwise wouldn’t find!*

    We only ask for you not to jump the fence to see the cows. If you want to get closer, we will let you in, just watch your step!

  • While cancellations or postponements do happen, they tend to be rare and unpredictable. Once a date is available, it can be found HERE

  • Since Oehme Oasis only hosts one wedding per day, our fee remains the same whether you have just your ceremony, just your reception, or both on site.

  • We require a $1,000 booking retainer & a signed rental agreement to hold ones date.

    >> (9) months prior to the event, 50% of the rental fee is due.

    >> (6) months prior to the event the remaining rental fee is due.

    >>(3) months prior any adde enhancements (if applicable) are due.

  • We currently accept cashiers check, cash & venmo.

  • THE FUN HAPPENS! Upon booking you will receive some amazing resources that our previous couples have raved about!

    Examples: Helpful vendor questionnaires, third party vendor deals/perks, photographer “must have” shot list, time-line builder guide, countdown to wedding day checklist AND MORE.

    Oehme Oasis staff will be with you every step of the way. *Just send us an email* While we are not FULL-ON wedding planners, we promise that we know our stuff and are willing to help any way we can.

  • No, we want your day to be exclusive to you and give you our best and fullest attention. Therefore Oehme Oasis only hosts one wedding per day.

Catering FAQs

  • With one of the owners being in the bar business for 17 years, you have come to the right place. Oehme Oasis couples get OPEN BAR. The COUPLE provides the beverages and Oehme Oasis has access to County & State licensed and insured bartenders to serve you. There is no need to worry about who to ask to give up their “guest pass” and play bartender. We take care of it for you! PLUS we have a beverage connection that allows you to return what you don’t use!

    Not only that, but you will be assisted through the entire process and gain all the insider information on “best practices that actually work” when deciding what options to serve your guests!

  • Open! You may decide between any license & insured caterer of your choosing. *We will give you a list of our favorites too*

    Contact us if you are interested in getting your meal catered by a restaurant that does not come onsite to serve your guests. IE: Applebees, Chipotle, a Local Pub, etc. Oehme Oasis has just the connection for that!

  • You will be working with whatever caterer you chose. However, Oehme Oasis can assist with many items they may not be able to, or are not very cost effective with.

    Example: If you feel your caterer is charging too much for “after meal clean-up” or to “gather dirty plates” off the tables, you may want to reach out and chat about in-house options! OR if your caterer doesn’t provide plate-ware and utensils, we will direct you to some amazing and affordable options!

  • None for us! Since Oehme Oasis lets you chose your own caterer, this will differ for each couple.

    Perk: Our preferred caterers do not have minimums either.

  • While we do not provide catering plate-ware & utensils directly, we have some great & affordable avenues to help you out if needed.

  • Yes. Of course! Many couples surprise their guests with a late night snack!

    Due to your caterer being gone, there is a small fee of $75 for setup & cleanup before and after.

  • Absolutely! We encourage you to feed your wedding party! :)

    Outside food and beverages are permitted prior to the ceremony, inside the our Getting Ready Rooms. —Just note, you will be in-charge of cleaning up whatever items you bring into the Getting Ready Rooms.

Planning FAQs

  • This depends on the DJ you decided on. — Some DJ’s get longer access since we have an equipment removal agreement with them. Some may need to end sooner if they take longer to teardown. All guests, vendors, bridal party etc need to be offsite by 11:59pm.

    **Reach out to Oehme Oasis directly about keeping the party going until 2am onsite or via the Party Bus**

  • Due to events happening during the weekdays as well, this can be a tricky question. Access will not be available to clients OR their vendors prior to the time stated in your rental agreement.

    Please make sure you communicate the access time with vendors and your bridal party. Thanks!

  • Unfortunately no. Our local municipalities fire code prohibits open flames within our structure and 50 feet surrounding it. Battery operated flicker candles are an amazing and realistic alternative. PLUS they will last forever as long as you keep the batteries fresh! PLUS there are now “water activated” FLOATING candle options on the market!

  • 3 weeks prior to your event date.

  • YES! They just need to be removed by 9am the following day.

    Perk: You may choose to add on our in-house shuttle services to hotels as well! PLUS we have PRE-Wedding event options too! IE: Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties!

    Oehme Oasis Transportation, LLC Party Bus+ is rented out publicly and on a first come-first serve basis, so plan in advance whenever possible. Click HERE for more information

  • This will differ between (1) day access vs Full Weekend

    Your event specific layout will be done for your prior to your arrival. PLUS depending on the access you choose, you may rehearse your ceremony and setup your table decor to create the setup and vision you have been dreaming of!

    Oehme Oasis staff will handle all trash bag removal throughout your event.

    **We also have full setup and tear down options for all rental types. Just reach out**

    NOTE: These tend to fill up quickly, book your hotel block as soon as possible

  • This isn’t a black and white situation since much of it has to do with time of year and burn-bans. Therefore, for all things fireworks & sparklers, please send an email to OehmeOasis@gmail.com

  • This is of course a personal preference and has much to do with your wedding photo structure (ie: first looks vs not)

    The past standard has been between 4pm-5pm, April into September and 3pm-4pm October into November.

    Note: Most hotels do not allow check-in prior to 3pm. So if you have guests that are staying at hotels, they will need time to get checked in and back to Oehme Oasis.

  • Once we have your final guest count, we will reach out to you about your preferred layout. We will then have it all set-up prior to your arrival.

  • Yes, with some placement specific guidelines. A team member is on-site during your entire access time to help with this!

    Our clients have found our venue to be gorgeous “as is” without much additional work! Saving TONS of $$$

  • Yes, we love live music! You’ll just need to email Oehme Oasis directly for the additional information needed.

  • Of course we have lawn games! Some of which include Hammerschlagen, bags, & ladder ball!— Feel free to bring any additional ones that you want.

  • This with partially depend if you have a (1) day rental VS full weekend package.

    For a (1) day rental everything will need to be removed from those two rooms prior to the Grand March.

    We have your typical “in & out” policy. Anything that you brought in, simply take out; but leave the garbage bag removal to us!
