We require the standard $1m event insurance policy from Nuptial Insurance with Oehme Oasis Wedding & Events and The Oehmes listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost: $250, no deductible. — We would love to wrap this in, but we are not licensed insurance agents.
Wisconsin charges 5% sales tax in addition to the venue rental.
Pricing subject to change at any time. Your venue rate & terms will be based on the date your rental agreement is signed & booking retainer paid. —Unlike many places, with Oehme Oasis Wedding & Events you will not see any service fees, labor costs, cleaning fees, minimum spending requirements, etc. Any enhancement you want to add is completely optional!
